Café de Coral Buys Back Additional 308,000 Shares for HKD1.65 Million; Utilises 1.81% of Current Repurchase Mandate

Café de Coral Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 308,000 ordinary shares on 4 September 2026 through on-exchange transactions at prices between HKD5.34 and HKD5.39, for a total consideration of HKD1.65 million.

Including the latest trade, the company has bought back 1.04 million shares since 31 August 2026 at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD5.26 to HKD5.37. All repurchased shares are pending cancellation, leaving the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 573.74 million shares as of 4 September 2026.

The repurchases fall under the mandate granted on 19 August 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 57.37 million shares. To date, 1.81% of that authority has been utilised. In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Café de Coral is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 4 October 2026.
