May 13

Great Harvest Maeta Holdings Limited (“Great Harvest”) reported that Ablaze Rich Investments Limited disposed of 1.10 million shares, or about 0.12 % of the company’s issued share capital, on 13 May 2026 after failing to meet a margin call. Ablaze Rich is 49 % owned by Chief Executive Officer Ms. Lam Kwan.

The transaction occurred within the 60-day black-out period preceding the release of Great Harvest’s annual results for the year ended 31 March 2026, which the board expects to publish by end-June 2026.

After review, the board classified the forced sale as an “exceptional circumstance” under paragraph C.14 of Appendix C3 to the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The announcement reiterates that directors and relevant employees are generally barred from trading during black-out periods and advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
