Kaisa Capital Reports Stable Share Base and Sufficient Public Float in July 2026 Filing

Kaisa Capital Investment Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital closed July at 200.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 2.00 billion—identical to the level reported a month earlier. Issued shares also held steady at 1.06 billion, and the firm continued to hold no treasury shares.

Kaisa Capital affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 July 2026. Throughout the month, the company executed no share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity arrangements, and recorded no share repurchases or cancellations.

The disclosure, lodged on 4 August 2026 by Company Secretary Poon Yuk Ching Ada, indicates a period of capital stability with no dilution for existing shareholders.
