Xinyi Glass Offers Scrip Dividend Option for 1H26; Election Closes 21 September

Bulletin Express
Sep 04

The board of Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited has introduced a scrip dividend scheme in conjunction with the interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Shareholders may take the payout wholly in cash, wholly in new shares, or through a cash-and-scrip combination.

To receive any portion of the dividend in shares, investors must complete the official election form and return it to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 21 September 2026.

The record date for determining entitlements is 19 August 2026. If a valid form is not received on time—or is completed incorrectly—the interim dividend will be settled entirely in cash.

Share certificates for the scrip shares and/or cheques for the cash dividend will be dispatched by ordinary post on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 to the registered address on file, or, in the case of cheques, in accordance with existing standing instructions.

Key procedural points include: • For joint shareholdings, all registered holders must sign the election form. • Corporate shareholders must sign through a duly authorised officer, stated by title. • A form indicating more shares for scrip than are registered, or leaving the share box blank, will be treated as an election for scrip on the holder’s entire share balance.

The board’s decisions on any disputes relating to the scrip dividend are final and binding. No other special instructions written on the election form will be accepted.
