According to recent statements made at the STAR Market 2026 H1 Semiconductor Manufacturing, Equipment, and Materials Industry Collective Performance Briefing, the company revealed that its 28nm logic process platform has already been introduced for customer sample tape-out validation, with ongoing optimization of various process performance indicators underway.

Huachuang Securities noted that NEXCHIP's 28nm logic process platform is currently in the customer sample tape-out validation phase, while development of its 22nm logic chip process continues. From a process node perspective, the company's revenue contribution for H1 2026 breaks down as follows: 55nm and below accounted for 14.29%, 90nm contributed 39.38%, 110nm represented 26.72%, and 150nm made up 19.61% of main business income.

The brokerage firm believes that the company's diversified layout across multiple process nodes and platforms is expected to provide a solid foundation for future earnings growth.
