On September 8, 2026, Kwok Kee Billy Yung disposed of 1.40 billion shares of SMC Electric Ltd. (02381) at an average of HKD 0.1100 per share, totaling about HKD 154.00 million, pursuant to a sale and purchase agreement dated July 31, 2026.
Prior to the disposal, Mr. Yung's long position in SMC Electric was 1.50 billion shares, representing 75%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 100 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 5%.
