SAINT BELLA GP (Saint Bella Group Limited) disclosed a repurchase of 73,000 ordinary shares on 7 September 2026 under its existing share buy-back mandate, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 7 September 2026.

The shares were bought back on-market at prices ranging between HK$2.995 and HK$3.04, translating into a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HK$3.0208 and an aggregate consideration of HK$0.22 million.

The transaction represents 0.0118% of the company’s 618.75 million outstanding shares prior to the purchase. Following the buy-back: • Outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 618.67 million. • Treasury shares rose to 3.52 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 622.20 million.

Under the shareholder mandate granted on 30 June 2026, SAINT BELLA GP is authorised to repurchase up to 62.22 million shares. Cumulative repurchases since the mandate now total 3.52 million shares, equivalent to 0.57% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 7 October 2026.
