TUHU Completes HK$4.21 Million Buyback; 9.41 Million Shares Await Cancellation

TUHU Car Inc. (TUHU, HKEX: 9690) disclosed on 8 September 2026 that it has been actively repurchasing its Class A weighted-voting-rights ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Buyback scale: Between 24 August and 8 September 2026, the company repurchased 9.41 million shares earmarked for cancellation, representing 1.14 % of the 823.35 million total issued shares (Class A and Class B combined) recorded on 7 September 2026.

• Price range: Volume-weighted average prices for the 11 trading sessions ranged from HK$11.49 to HK$12.75 per share.

• Latest trade: On 8 September 2026, TUHU acquired 330,400 shares at prices between HK$12.53 and HK$12.80, spending HK$4.21 million.

• Mandate utilisation: The current repurchase mandate, approved on 5 June 2026, allows for up to 82.77 million shares. Cumulative purchases now total 14.59 million shares, equal to 1.76 % of the authorised limit.

• Capital structure impact: As of the disclosure date, issued share capital remains at 755.86 million Class A shares and 67.49 million Class B shares. The repurchased shares will reduce the outstanding count once cancellation is completed.

• Regulatory window: Under Hong Kong listing rules, TUHU is barred from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 8 October 2026, 30 days after the most recent buyback.

The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with the Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules and other applicable regulations.
