Soft Intl Reports Stable Share Base and Confirms Public Float Compliance for August 2026

Soft International Group Ltd (Soft Intl) has lodged its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that its share capital structure remained unchanged and compliant with listing requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital was steady at 3.80 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001 each, equivalent to HKD 0.38 million in total.

Issued share capital was likewise unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares, and the group continued to hold no treasury shares. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the month.

Soft Intl affirmed that its public float exceeded the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold, ensuring ongoing compliance with Hong Kong listing rules.

The filing also recorded zero activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments, and noted no Hong Kong Depositary Receipt movements.

All requisite confirmations under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided, and the return was signed by Joint Company Secretary Wong Po Lam on 2 September 2026.
