Uber has engaged multiple investment banks to orchestrate its debut multi-tranche euro-denominated bond offering, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley are slated to host several fixed-income investor meetings today. Pending market reception, the company is expected to proceed with SEC-registered, euro-priced senior unsecured benchmark notes, spanning 3-year, 6-year, 8-year, 12-year, and 20-year fixed-rate tenors.
