EGP Energy Corporation Limited said on Sep, 09 2026 that its wholly owned unit, EGP Smart Energy Pte. Ltd., has incorporated a new indirect wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore, EGP Infrastructure Investments Pte. Ltd.

The new entity, set up with an issued and paid-up capital of about 0.0001 million Singapore dollars (S$100), will serve as an investment-holding vehicle to support the group’s expansion into Malaysia and Indonesia and to back infrastructure-related projects.

The incorporation was funded from internal resources and is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the year ending Dec, 31 2026, the company said. No directors or substantial shareholders hold any interest in the transaction beyond their holdings in the company.
