Hong Kong – Bama Tea Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 64,800 H-shares on 7 September 2026, expanding its treasury stock to 707,400 shares. The latest transaction, conducted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, was executed within a price range of HKD 33.62 to HKD 34.20 per share, at a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 34.13. The outlay for the purchase totalled HKD 2.21 million.

Following the buyback, Bama Tea’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.08 % to 84.21 million shares, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 84.92 million. The cancelled-share balance is currently zero; all repurchased shares are being held in treasury.

The 7 September transaction was executed under the general repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 21 April 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 5.30 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Bama Tea has so far repurchased 707,400 shares, amounting to 1.34 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Bama Tea is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury stock, effective until 7 October 2026.
