The underlying shares encompass the H-shares of Ganfeng Lithium Group (01772.HK), Ping An of China (02318.HK), China Life Insurance (02628.HK), Beijing Zhipu Huazhang (02513.HK), and CATL (03750.HK).

Each warrant across the series carries an identical issue price of HKD 0.150, with issuance volumes ranging from 100,000,000 to 160,000,000 units. The exercise prices are set between HKD 38.280 and HKD 666.000. The launch date for the warrants is September 11, 2026, followed by the issue date on September 15, 2026, and the intended listing date on September 16, 2026. The maturity dates span from April 1, 2027, to July 30, 2027.

The issuer's board of directors granted authorization for the warrant issuance on May 17, 2021. The warrants remain contingent upon securing listing approval from the Stock Exchange. Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) operates under a license regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission, with its ultimate parent company being Huatai Securities (06886.HK) Co., Ltd.
