KWAP reduces holding in Top Glove after disposing 0.66 million shares

Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) reported that substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) sold 660,800 ordinary shares in an open-market transaction on Sep, 02 2026.
Following the disposal, KWAP’s direct stake stands at 442.70 million shares, representing 5.521 % of Top Glove’s issued capital, while its indirect holding amounts to 88.80 million shares, or 1.108 %. In aggregate, KWAP now holds 531.50 million shares in the glove maker.
Top Glove received KWAP’s notification of the change on Sep, 03 2026.
