Hanvey Group: No Share Capital Movement in August 2026, Public Float Meets GEM Threshold

Hanvey Group Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stands at HKD 100.00 million, equivalent to 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each. Issued share capital stayed at 247.50 million ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares held or cancelled.

Hanvey Group affirmed that it satisfied the GEM-board minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 August 2026.

No share options were outstanding or exercised under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 20 June 2018; however, the scheme still permits the future issuance of up to 10.00 million shares.

The filing also reported no warrants, convertibles, Hong Kong depositary receipts, or other equity-linked instruments in issue or transacted during the month.
