Peijia Medical Limited reported that its issued ordinary share count rose by 2.23 million shares in August 2026, following the exercise of employee share options. The company’s total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) increased to 676.96 million shares as at 31 August 2026, up from 674.74 million a month earlier. No treasury shares were held or transferred during the period, and the firm confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.
The newly issued shares originated from the company’s 2019 Share Option Plan, which saw 2.23 million options exercised. These exercises generated HKD 4.31 million in cash proceeds. Outstanding options under this 2019 plan fell to 24.53 million, while a separate 2020 Share Option Scheme maintained 6.46 million outstanding options and capacity for a further 54.54 million grants.
Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 100,000. No warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued or converted during the month, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations.
The disclosure was filed on 3 September 2026 and signed by Director Yi Zhang, who confirmed that all share issuances complied with applicable Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and regulatory requirements.
