The Changchun Federation of Trade Unions' "Happiness Hub · Smart Travel" welfare campaign continues this Thursday with another chance to grab fuel discounts.

Members who missed the first two rounds of the 30-yuan-off-on-200-yuan fuel vouchers from Sinopec and PetroChina in September will get another opportunity on Thursday, September 17, at 12:08 PM. The third round of the September series opens for collection promptly at that time—set your alarms and don't let this chance slip away.

Important reminder: Each member can claim one Sinopec 200-minus-30 yuan voucher and one PetroChina 200-minus-30 yuan voucher per calendar month, for a total of two vouchers.

How to participate and activity details

Activity schedule: Round 1 runs from September 3, 2026, 12:08 PM to September 9, 2026, 11:59 PM; Round 2 runs from September 10, 2026, 12:08 PM to September 16, 2026, 11:59 PM; Round 3 runs from September 17, 2026, 12:08 PM to September 23, 2026, 11:59 PM; Round 4 runs from September 24, 2026, 12:08 PM to September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM. Vouchers are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies run out.

Eligibility: This activity is open exclusively to Changchun Federation of Trade Unions members who have completed real-name verification on the "Changchun Union" WeChat mini-program and maintain a normal membership status. Members whose membership is still being processed, who have not yet joined, or whose membership status is abnormal will not be able to participate.

Event specifics

The campaign distributes fuel vouchers offering a 30-yuan discount on purchases of 200 yuan or more at both Sinopec and PetroChina stations. Quantities are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Redemption rules state that each member may claim one voucher from each company per calendar month, totaling two vouchers. Once successfully claimed, vouchers will sync to the "Changchun Union" mini-program, Sinopec's "Easy Refuel" mini-program, and PetroChina's "CNPC Good Guest e-Station" mini-program within 15 minutes.

New member bonus: During the activity period, Changchun Union members who complete real-name verification for the first time on the "Changchun Union" mini-program, or who newly join the union and complete mini-program verification, will receive an additional 200-minus-30 yuan fuel voucher (randomly issued for either PetroChina or Sinopec). This bonus is automatically sent to their voucher wallet and does not count against the normal monthly claim limit. Only one new-user voucher is available per identity, and re-registration after cancellation does not qualify for another issuance. Supplies are limited and distributed until exhausted.

Members must ensure that the phone number registered on the "Changchun Union" mini-program matches the one registered on PetroChina's "CNPC Good Guest e-Station" mini-program (or its App or Alipay mini-program) or Sinopec's "Easy Refuel" mini-program. Otherwise, voucher usage may be affected.

Using and checking your vouchers

Usage methods: For PetroChina vouchers, redemption is supported only through the "CNPC Good Guest e-Station" App, WeChat mini-program, Alipay mini-program, or in-store retail point-of-sale terminals. After applying the discount, the remaining amount must be settled using the Kunlun e-Enjoy Card account funds; non-cardholders cannot redeem the voucher. For Sinopec vouchers, offline redemption requires entering the "Changchun Union" mini-program wallet, selecting the desired voucher, clicking "Use Now" to generate a redemption QR code, and presenting the code to station staff during fuel payment to complete the deduction on the remaining amount. For online payment, users can go to Sinopec's "Easy Refuel" mini-program, pay for fuel online, and select the corresponding voucher at checkout for automatic deduction.

Scope of use: PetroChina vouchers are valid at directly operated, joint-venture operating gas stations under PetroChina Jilin Changchun Sales Branch. After claiming, users can check available nearby stations through the "CNPC Good Guest e-Station" mini-program under "E-Coupons" and the "Nearby Available Outlets" option in the lower right corner of the ticket. Sinopec vouchers are valid at all operating Sinopec gas stations in Changchun City, including Dehui, Nong'an, and Yushu, but excluding Gongzhuling.

Validity period: Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of claim. If there is any inconsistency in validity displayed across platforms, the validity shown in the corresponding PetroChina "CNPC Good Guest e-Station" or Sinopec "Easy Refuel" mini-program ticket shall prevail. Expired vouchers are void and will not be reissued.

Voucher inquiry: PetroChina vouchers can be checked through the "Changchun Union" WeChat mini-program at "My" then "My Vouchers," or through PetroChina's "CNPC Good Guest e-Station" mini-program at "My" then "E-Coupons." Sinopec vouchers can be checked through the "Changchun Union" WeChat mini-program at "My" then "My Vouchers," or through Sinopec's "Easy Refuel" mini-program under "Vouchers."

Special notes for PetroChina vouchers: The PetroChina discount applies only to 92/95/98 octane gasoline, and a single gasoline purchase order of 200 yuan or more qualifies for a 30-yuan instant discount. The usage limit for PetroChina vouchers is one voucher per user per day, and only one voucher per order. Users are identified by any one of the following: the same phone number, the same App account, or the same real-name individual. Regarding invoices, the discounted portion of the voucher will not be invoiced.

Reminders

Members must participate personally using their own electronic devices and "Changchun Union" WeChat mini-program accounts. Any of the following criteria—same device, same registered phone number, same ID number, or same mini-program account—are deemed to be the same user. Violations will result in disqualification and cancellation of claimed vouchers.

Screenshots, copies, forwarded messages, or altered voucher codes are invalid. If malicious voucher farming, unauthorized account use, exploitation of system loopholes, screenshot redemption, transfer, or resale is discovered, the Changchun Federation of Trade Unions reserves the right to cancel participation eligibility, recover issued vouchers, and permanently freeze the involved accounts.

If voucher collection fails or syncing issues occur due to network or system force majeure, the backend records of the "Changchun Union" WeChat mini-program shall prevail. During the activity period, members' union membership status must remain normal; abnormal status will prevent participation and voucher claiming.

Refund policy: Electronic vouchers, once redeemed, cannot be refunded or supplemented. Vouchers are non-withdrawable, non-cashable, provide no change, cannot be split, transferred, or resold, do not warrant separate invoicing, and cannot be combined with other promotional activities. Vouchers are for personal use only and cannot be transferred.

Vouchers cannot be stacked with any station-listed direct discounts, payment discounts, fuel card discounts, oil-non-oil combined promotions, member discount offers, or any other method or activity discounts. For any matters not covered here, the official public account announcements or explanations shall prevail.
