RIGOL Technologies Co., Ltd. submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 September 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in its share capital during the month ended 31 August 2026.

Total authorised and registered share capital remained at 218.68 million shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. The structure continues to comprise:

• 24.80 million H shares listed in Hong Kong, accounting for 11.35 % of the total authorised shares. • 193.87 million A shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, representing 88.65 % of authorised shares.

Issued share capital mirrored the authorised balances. H shares stood at 24.80 million, while A shares totalled 193.35 million, accompanied by 0.52 million A shares held in treasury—unchanged from the prior month.

The company confirmed compliance with the applicable 5 % minimum public-float threshold for H shares under Main Board Rule 13.32B.

No share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked agreements were outstanding or executed during the period, and no share repurchases, cancellations, or transfers were reported.

The filing was authorised by Joint Company Secretary Cheng Jianchuan, who affirmed adherence to all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements.
