Bauhaus International Signals FY26 Loss of HK$2.00-4.00 Million as Revenue Falls and Impairments Rise

Bauhaus International (Holdings) Limited expects to swing to a net loss of approximately HK$2.00 million–HK$4.00 million for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, compared with a profit of HK$11.70 million a year earlier.

Management attributes the anticipated downturn to three factors: 1. Revenue contraction: Group turnover is projected at HK$177.20 million, down 8.90% from HK$194.50 million in FY25, reflecting a persistently difficult retail environment in Hong Kong and Macau. 2. Right-of-use asset impairment: An estimated HK$5.60 million impairment will be recognised, versus a HK$1.40 million reversal last year. 3. Property, plant and equipment impairment: Charges are expected to rise to HK$1.50 million from HK$0.20 million in FY25, signalling weaker-than-expected performance at certain retail outlets.

The company is finalising its audited results, scheduled for release on or before 26 June 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Bauhaus International shares.
