On 28 August 2026, HANVEY GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 have been uploaded to the company website (www.hanveygroup.com.hk) and to HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard-copy corporate communications will receive the printed Interim Report by post.

The company reiterates its preference for electronic dissemination and urges shareholders to: 1. Access the online version of all current and future corporate communications. 2. Ensure a functional email address is on file to receive electronic notifications.

Shareholders who encounter difficulties with email delivery or web access—or who wish to switch to printed copies—can complete the enclosed Change Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email (8219-ecom@vistra.com).

Failure to provide a valid email address will result in shareholders receiving printed notices and actionable corporate communications until an updated address is supplied.
