MOG Digitech Holdings Limited has announced a second postponement in sending its shareholder circular related to the planned disposal of equity interests in certain subsidiaries.

The company previously advised that the circular—covering the disposal agreement, an independent valuation of the target companies, additional Listing Rules information, and the notice convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM)—would be issued on or before 11 September 2026. Additional time is still required to finalise specific details, pushing the new despatch deadline to on or before 25 September 2026.

This latest update follows earlier announcements released on 8 June, 23 July and 14 August 2026 regarding the same transaction. The board, led by Executive Director and CEO Chen Yongzhong, reiterated its commitment to completing the documentation process and will inform shareholders once the revised circular is ready for distribution.

The board currently comprises four executive directors—Chen Yongzhong, Deng Zhihua, Zhou Yue and Ye Wei—and three independent non-executive directors—Gao Hongxiang, Yau Tung Shing and Chen Wen.

Shareholders will receive further details, including the finalised valuation report and EGM arrangements, upon the circular’s release.
