Elife Holdings Names 30-Year-Old Feng Zhibin as Chairman; Zhao Zhenzhong Becomes CEO and Ends Acting Chair Role

Hong Kong-listed Elife Holdings Limited announced a leadership reshuffle effective 26 August 2026.

The Board has appointed executive director Feng Zhibin as Chairman. Feng, 30, joined the Board on 18 June 2026 and brings experience in wealth management and international supply-chain trading. He previously founded a Macau-based chemical import-export firm with procurement networks in Japan, India and Taiwan, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of New South Wales (2018). Feng has signed a three-year service contract with a fixed director’s fee of HK$25,000 per month.

Concurrently, executive director and Vice Chairman Zhao Zhenzhong, 42, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer and has relinquished his Acting Chairman duties. Zhao, who joined the Board on 12 March 2025, has 16 years of marketing and brand-operations experience in hospitality and IoT smart products, including senior roles at TCL Commercial Information Technology and Sichuan Zhongxuan Hi-Tech. Zhao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Beijing Normal University (2007) and an MBA from Swiss Hotel Management School (2026). He remains Vice Chairman and retains a 2.01 % equity stake, comprising 19.56 million shares, 0.98 million unvested share awards, and 12.20 million share options. His remuneration is set at HK$25,000 per month under a three-year service contract.

Following these changes, Elife Holdings’ Board consists of Chairman Feng Zhibin; Vice Chairman and CEO Zhao Zhenzhong; executive directors Zhang Zhilin and Han Wenli; and independent non-executive director Wu Kwok Choi, Chris.
