NSING TECH (02701) saw its share price climb more than 3% during Thursday trading, last up 2.51% to HKD 8.17 with turnover reaching HKD 7.0074 million.

According to the company's official WeChat account, at the 2026 China International Optoelectronic Expo (CIOE), the firm showcased its N32H493 high-speed optical module specific MCU full-chain solution targeted at the 800G/1.6T market, with a focus on platform adaptation, customer validation, security compliance, and supply assurance. The related products have already entered the small-batch delivery phase.

Guangda Securities notes that NSING TECH is one of the few domestic suppliers to have successfully broken through with locally-made MCUs for 800G and above optical modules. Under the logic of supply chain security and domestic substitution, the company's penetration rate is expected to continue rising.

In the first half of 2026, the company's chip business revenue reached CNY 430 million, up 38.1% year-on-year, with gross profit of CNY 136 million and a gross margin of 31.5%, representing an increase of 1.6 percentage points year-on-year. The brokerage believes that the year-on-year improvement in the chip business's gross profit during 26H1 reflects a smooth price pass-through mechanism. Should the industry trigger a new round of price increases going forward, combined with the company's greater focus on high-value growth areas such as AI computing power and humanoid robotics, its profitability has the potential for further enhancement.
