HSBC Holdings plc (HSBC) has issued an irrevocable notice to redeem in full its CHF300.00 million 0.3200% Notes due 2027 (ISIN: CH1145096140, Series 47) under the issuer call option outlined in Condition 6(c) of the terms and conditions.
The bank will repurchase all outstanding notes on 3 November 2026 at CHF200,000 per Calculation Amount, together with interest accrued from 3 November 2025 up to but excluding the redemption date. Trading in the notes on the SIX Swiss Exchange will cease after 30 October 2026, and principal plus accrued interest will be settled through the clearing system SIX SIS AG.
The notes were originally issued on 1 November 2021. No action is required from noteholders other than ensuring their positions are correctly lodged with SIX SIS AG for repayment.
