Beisen Holding Buys Back 350,000 Shares, Lifting Treasury Stock to 17.23 Million

Beisen Holding Limited reported a share repurchase of 350,000 ordinary shares on 10 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 3.02 and HKD 3.10, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.06 million, reflecting a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 3.04 per share. The repurchased shares represent 0.05% of Beisen’s 721.20 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction and will be held as treasury stock.

Following the buyback, Beisen’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 720.85 million shares, while its treasury stock balance rose to 17.23 million shares. The total issued share count (including treasury shares) remains unchanged at 738.08 million.

The repurchase formed part of the mandate approved on 18 September 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 70.12 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 22.00 million shares, equivalent to 3.14% of the issued share base on the mandate date, leaving authority to repurchase a further 48.12 million shares.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Beisen is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 October 2026. The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant regulatory requirements and that no repurchased shares have been cancelled to date.
