Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT's (TYO:401A) July occupancy rate for its properties stood at 74.8% from 62.8% a year ago, according to a Tokyo Bourse filing on Tuesday.
Revenue per available room rose to 20,209 yen from 16,772 yen over the period, while the average daily rate increased to 27,011 yen from 26,714 yen.
Revenue from the 11 properties climbed to 287 million yen from 238 million yen the prior year as Japan logged a record high for visitors in July.
