Bestway Marine & Energy Technology (SHE:300008) completed the registration changes for subsidiary Jiangsu Tianhai Intelligent Ship Technology, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The ship repair subsidiary obtained a renewed business license following the registration changes, the filing said.
