Blackstone's (BX) global head of real estate Nadeem Meghji is leaving the firm and will be replaced by David Levine and Giovanni Cutaia, Bloomberg reported Tuesday.

Levine, previously head of Blackstone's Americas real estate group, and Cutaia, who was president of Blackstone real estate, were appointed co-heads of the business, according to an internal memo seen by Bloomberg.

Meghji joined Blackstone in 2008 and became co-head of the real estate business in 2024. Blackstone had $608 billion in real estate assets under management as of midyear, Bloomberg reported.
