Chin Hin Group Property's Acquisition Turns Unconditional

Chin Hin Group Property (KLSE:CHINHIN) said its 66 million ringgit of an industrial property has become unconditional after all precedent conditions were met, according to a Thursday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The deal, which was struck through subsidiary, Boon Koon Capital, involves buying a property comprising a factory and office buildings on around 4 acres of leasehold land from Signature Cabinet.
The developer intends to turn the area into an integrated industrial commercial warehouse hub.
