G8 Education (ASX:GEM) said Citigroup Global Markets Australia and related entities in the Citi group ceased to be a substantial holder in the company on Sept. 8, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The company's shares fell almost 3% in recent Thursday trade.
