Bank Mandiri (IDX:BMRI) filed for the Singapore bourse listing of $750 million in additional tier-1 perpetual non-cumulative capital securities, according to a filing on Thursday.
The debt securities will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on Sept. 11, the filing said.
