DroneShield (ASX:DRO) appointed Rebecca Lowde as chief financial officer, effective Nov. 2, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Current CFO Carla Balanco is leaving DroneShield after more than eight years with the company.
Rebecca most recently served as CFO of accounting and business management software provider MYOB, per the filing.
Additionally, DroneShield said its 2026 committed revenue has grown to AU$251 million since the release of its first-half results and is now within the full-year revenue outlook range of AU$250 million to AU$270 million. Committed revenue for 2027 and beyond is currently at AU$46 million.
The company also received the first order for its recently released RfRecon AI-enabled device, and will deploy the hardware to an existing Western European military end-user by the close of the year.
