Huaneng Power International (HKG:0902, SHA:600011) completed the issue of 2.5 billion yuan of commercial papers.
The papers carry an interest rate of 1.33% and will fall due in 65 days, according to a Thursday bourse disclosure.
The company will use proceeds to supplement working capital, adjust debt structure, and repay bank loans and debt.
