PLS Group (ASX:PLS) said Morgan Stanley and its subsidiaries ceased to be substantial holders of the firm as of Monday, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
It had become a substantial holder on Sept. 2, with a voting power of 5.07% in PLS' ordinary shares.
