Oracle Adds $700 Million To Fiscal 2026 Restructuring Plan

Oracle (ORCL) said Friday its management supplemented its fiscal 2026 restructuring plan by about $700 million after Aug. 31 to reflect additional actions the company expects to take.
The company said total estimated restructuring costs were up to $2.1 billion as of Aug. 31. The additional costs will be recorded as restructuring and other expenses through the end of the plan.
Oracle recorded $167 million of restructuring expenses related to the plan for the three months ended Aug. 31, compared with $415 million a year earlier.
