Environmental Clean Technologies (ASX:ECT) said its ordinary shares began trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the US under the ticker symbol "ECTHF" on Thursday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
This came after approval of the listing by OTC Markets Group.
The company's Australian shares fell nearly 4% in recent trading on Thursday.
