IDP Education (ASX:IEL) said State Street became a substantial holder of the firm on Sept. 11, acquiring a voting power of 6.31% in its ordinary securities, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
State Street and its units now hold around 17.6 million shares of the firm.
