Jiaze Renewables Gets Chinese Securities Watchdog's Nod for Energy REIT

Jiaze Renewables (SHA:601619) received China Securities Regulatory Commission's approval for the registration of its REIT, the Guojin Jiaze New Energy Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund, on Monday, Sept. 14, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

The REIT's underlying infrastructure projects are the wind power generation projects of the power company's subsidiaries. It has a contract term of 16 years and will offer 300 million units.

Guojin Fund Management serves as the REIT's manager, while Bank of Communications (SHA:601328, HKG:3328) will be the REIT's custodian.
