Bamboo Insurance Services Starts Roadshow for Planned IPO of 35 Million Class A Shares

Bamboo Insurance Services said Monday it has launched a roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of 35 million Class A common shares, expected to be priced between $18 to $20 per share.
The IPO consists entirely of secondary shares to be sold by CVC Capital Partners and White Mountains Insurance Group, Bamboo Insurance said. The selling shareholders expect to to grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 5.25 million shares, the company said.
Bamboo has applied to list the shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "BMB," according to the statement.
