CTO Realty Buys Kansas City Shopping Center for $63.3m

CTO Realty Growth acquired Zona Rosa, a mixed-use center in Kansas City, Mo., for $63.3 million.
The Winter Park, Fla., real estate firm said Monday that the acquisition was equal to roughly $82 per square foot.
Zona Rosa will be a multi-phase revitalization opportunity, CTO said. It is currently 67% leased, anchored by Dick's Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, Old Navy and others.
The site also includes 10 acres of entitled development land and about 100,000 square feet of underutilized space, CTO said.
