Humanwell Healthcare (SHA:600079) is looking to raise up to 3.50 billion yuan from the sale of 234.1 million shares through a private placement, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The drug company will use the proceeds to fund research and development projects, manufacturing facilities, digitalization projects, and working capital.
