Nasdaq (NDAQ) could see SoftBank-backed used-car marketplace Carro pursue a dual listing on the US exchange and Singapore Exchange's Global Listing Board, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing unnamed sources.

Carro has confidentially filed for a US IPO and submitted paperwork for a Singapore listing, with the company targeting a dual listing later this year or in H1 2027 that could raise $400 million to $500 million, according to the report.

The plans could change, including Carro potentially dropping the Singapore listing, while a spokesperson said the company evaluates financing options and will disclose information when appropriate, the report added.

Nasdaq and Carro didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
