MFC Industrial Investment Fixes Final Offering Price for First Capital Increase

MFC Industrial Investment Property and Leasehold Fund (SET:MII) set the final offering price for additional units in its first capital increase at 5.70 baht per unit, according to a Tuesday Thai bourse filing.
The REIT will issue up to 75.8 million additional units, including 68.2 million units offered to existing unitholders on a preferential basis at a 1-for-0.3924 ratio.
The remaining units will be offered through private placement and/or public offering, with the same 5.70 baht subscription price.
Subscriptions for existing unitholders and the public offering will run through Sept. 23, while the private placement subscription period runs from Sept. 21 to Sept. 23, it said.
